Canada (Attorney General)<\/em><\/strong>. Canada (Attorney General), 2013 SCC 14<br \/>Docket 33880<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The Manitoba M\u00e9tis Federation sought a declaration dealing specifically with subsection 31 and 32 of the <em>Manitoba Act<\/em> which granted M\u00e9tis children 1.4 million acres of land and recognized existing landholdings by the M\u00e9tis.
